This is a photograph of the bottom of a bucket in my bathroom where I store my plunger. The pattern is a result of the crystallization of various cleaning chemicals over time.
As I worked with this image I became entranced by its resemblance to a satellite image of the Earth on a clear day -- a world, in a plunger bucket.
